Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you received your product and it was:
- Damaged in transit
- Lost in transit*
- The wrong order
You are entitled to a replacement sent out at no further cost. Please email the images of the product and a description of the situation to our customer support email email@example.com.
Refunds will not be granted for items that arrived and did not meet your expectations, are too big or small or the color is slightly different. Please review package contents and specifications in each product description.
* Excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries. You will not be entitled to a refund in this instance.
